The Solutions Inc. Sample Cooler is specifically designed to facilitate the efficient exchange of heat from the hot sample to the cooling water. The sample fluid flows through a meticulously engineered helical stainless steel coil to ensure optimal heat transfer. The flow of cooling water, which enters from the base of the cooler, is strategically baffled to effectively remove heat from the sample as it flows around the coil. This versatile unit can function proficiently as either a primary or a secondary cooler, depending on the application needs. To avoid introducing any potential contaminants into the process, all components that are wetted during operation are constructed from high-quality 316 Stainless Steel, providing both durability and resistance to corrosion.
